Under the pretext of managing bandwith Airtel has blocked certain websites from being accessed on their network. Its high time i pulled all services to some other vendor.

This is a very poor system being palmed of to customers. This system doesnot work . Statements of other viewers is fully authentic. Last 10 days has been a harrowing experience for me and the family. All the added sops are of no use if the main function is not working. Dont waste your good money and time in this airtel iptv junk. I dont know if I will ever see my Rs.1750 again.

When the repair work had not even started Airtel reduced my night speed in the Turbo 1299 speed from 1Mbps to 512 Kbps and blamed it on undersea cable. Airtel is always finding new ways to cheat there broadband subscribers.
If the repair work goes on for the next 15 days who will compensate for that? will Airtel offer us a waiver in our bill for the loss of bandwidth?

If this policy remains in force, then I’ll get my Airtel Connection disconnected and get connection from some other ISP. They already harass ppl a lot for fault on their part. Down with Airtel.

MY MOBILE EC NO IS 9894434639……………… FOR DECEMBER MONTH I HAD ONE NEWS ABOUT BOOSTER PACK CLAIMS, FROM AIRTEL COMPANY……. THAT WE NEED TO SELL 251 VARIETY OF BOOSTERS IN A SINGLE MONTH FROM (1.12.2008 TO 31.12.2008)………. THE CLAIMS FOR THAT OFFER IS RS.900/- I SELL MORE THAN 300 BOOSTERS IN A SINGLE MONTH….. BUT STILL I DIDN’T GET THE MONEY, AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL…….. THEN WE COMPLAINT TO RURAL SALES OFFICERS (MR.SARABOJI) ALSO,BUT HE DIDN’T GAVE PROPER RESPONSE….. SO PLEASE CLEAR THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS YOU POSSIBLE…. IAM WAITING FOR UR REPLY………

yep. it’s true….I got a call and my 1mbps got activated for 1699…1800 inc taxes. I was paying 1600 for my 512kpbs unlimited earlier.
and i’m in bangalore.

DON’T BE MISLED BY ANY OTHER REVIEWS. I HAD HIGH OPINION OF AIRTEL DTH UNTIL IT KONKED OFF 2 MONTHS AFTER INSTALL AND 5 DAYS NOW, I’M YET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT AIRTEL BCOS (believe me) I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXEC ON THE PUBLISHED NUMBERS.

Airtel Digital TV 1800 102 8080 is The Worst customer care service(121 never gave me issues). The number is busy through out the day and most part of the night. Even if you get through and are done entering your customer id and other info using their IVR, someone picks up and just hangs up on you. I lost ÿÿÿÿption about 5 days ago and I’m not kidding that I have tried both their toll free and tolled number a few hundred times from various phones and network. I got through the busy lines only 3 times and all 3 times they hung up on me after making me listen to the stupid Airtel music for 8 – 10 minutes.
There’s just no way in hell now to get this thing started without being able to get through to their customer care executive. I wish somebody ‘ex‚„‹–es’ them all bastards!!!
They have one emaiIúÀ that just sends an automated acknowledgement email with no ticket/incident number to follow through on. 4 days now and there’s been no one who got in touch.
But I should give credit to their sales team. I placed order at 8.45 pm on saturday in March and the installation guys were knocking my door at 11 a next day (sunday). But that’s all there’s to it.
DON’T EVEN TRY AIRTEL. THEY ARE AS BAD AS RELIANCE AND ONLY GETTING WORSE.

Right now I have a 42 GB of data to download…with my current ISP plan i.e. 512kps night unlimited..it will take me atleast a month to download all that!
I am gonna buy this 5000 plan of airtel…download alll that I need within a day or two…and be done with it! instead of spending over a month worth of time just on downloading!!!
though airtel sucks…! damn loser company!
I will save enormous time, electricity, money and power. plus can use my computer for some real work!
I love airtel…though it sucks with all that money involved in this SCAM…!
Lets pray bro…we soon see 16 mbps unlimted 24/7 for 1000 INR!!!
